Included in every plan

  • Jira Cloud and Asana sync. Read-only sync of projects, issues and tasks with an API token you create yourself.
  • Cross-project dependency graph. Hard, soft and informational links between work items, with the critical path highlighted.
  • Milestone risk and impact preview. Baseline versus forecast for each milestone, and a date-based preview of what a delay does downstream.
  • Blockers and escalations. An eight-state blocker workflow with owners, due dates and the milestones each blocker holds.
  • Decision log and approvals. Decisions with options and approvers, and a queue for changes that AI agents propose.
  • Slack escalations. Escalation messages are posted to the Slack channel you choose, only after a person approves the text.
  • MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. Ten tools over your workspace data, protected by workspace-scoped bearer tokens.

Billing questions

Do I need a card to start?
Yes. A card is required at Stripe Checkout, even when you use a promotion code that makes the first two billing periods free.
How and when am I charged?
You are charged monthly in advance through Stripe. The price is per workspace, not per user.
What about taxes?
Taxes such as VAT are calculated at checkout based on your billing address and, for businesses in the EU, your VAT ID.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime in the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and the subscription does not renew.
Is there a free trial?
No. The only discount is the promotion code described above.
Who can buy it?
The Program Manager is offered to businesses only. It is not offered to consumers.
Do I need a code to sign up?
No. You sign up with an email and password and create a workspace. A promotion code is entered only on the Stripe Checkout page.
What happens at the program limit?
Team allows up to 10 programs and Growth up to 50. When you reach the limit, creating another program is blocked until you archive one or move to a larger plan.
